FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS 1.) Do Products Purchased From DSC Carry Applicable Warranties?
3.) Information About International Orders: International order are welcome here at Down Shift Cycles; indeed we are very familiar with shipping internationally. DSC purchases US Postal Service insurance with every international shipment, and marks the items as "gift." We are not responsible for knowing about or paying applicable customs and/or import taxes in your country. This is your responsibility. We typically send all international shipments via USPS Global Express Mail, particularly because this is the only USPS service that provides a tracking number. We may be able to provide the tracking information upon request, but quite frankly, this tracking is not nearly as detailed as other delivery service providers. 4.) Down Shift Cycles, Can You "Hook Me Up ?" YES . . . well, maybe. If you're looking for us to hook you up with sizing or product recommendations, then YES. If you're looking to get expertise or frame and fork combos for a great deal, then YES. If you're looking for a smashin' deal in echange for something we value, then maybe. Send us questions and inquiries being respectful of our time, otherwise we may not take the time to answer. 5.) What Is DSC's Return Policy? While Down Shift Cycles does not officially offer an open or guaranteed return policy, we are very concerned with the satisfaction and continued patronage of our customers. For this reason we may choose make significant voluntary attempts to resolve the matter in an effort to better the situation. In some situations we may decide to accept returns, in which case the customer agrees to pay return shipping and a retail standard 15% restocking fee on the entire purchase price. Nevertheless, it is up to the sole discretion of Down Shift Cycles. |
