Any guesses as to why I like the Marzocchi Z1 Light ETA/TAS? Sweet Marzocchi "coilness!" By the way, that's a word I made up. At just .25lbs more for the over all fork, the coil leg provides the legendary abuse-resistant coil plushness that freeriders have heralded Marzocchi since the dawn of extreme MTB. And to top it off, with Marzocchi ingenious ETA lock-down system that still retains 30mm of travel, you get the best all around fork more suited for climbing without sacrificing a solid freeride feel. In my opinion these factors make this the ultimate extreme all mountain fork as well. But this is all just me. |
